Very informative.

This overall is a great course. Needs some updates though. There are some computers, hardware, and input/output devices used in some videos that are entirely outdated and no longer used.

Great course, although, incorporating quizzes would be helpful in quickly testing knowledge.

I recently completed the it was an excellent experience!

I have learned a great deal in this course and the previous one. I think its enough to move to the market but I would still like to complete the Modern IT Support bootcamp and then to the market.

Good Course Structure and very much engaging

Well structured and very informative for some one who wants to learn the basics.

There is lots of new information about hardware and software and their interactions. Great videos on how to identify problems and prevent them through maintenance and proper practices. I've learned so much from watching this and hope to learn more in the future!

Absolutely loving this course. I've learned more these past few months than I did on a 6 month CCNA online course and also retained more.

This course was great because it help you put to practice what you are learning also have great projects, so you can have extra practice and experience. I have already done my A+ certificate and this made me feel more confident in the topics.

However, the later contents after A+ 1101 are good as it conveys the message but would be better if the contents were latest to close to this year 2024

All subjects are thoroughly covered.

Overall, there was a lot of great information. I wasn't too fond of the videos which included demonstrations, but the modules were good

Course is good. Although the video section can be very dry and dull at times. He did warn us though so I'm not mad.

It is quite intensive but would have loved more hands-on labs. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful program

Excellent course. I especially like the way the lessons correspond with the labs.

The videos were very helpful. I especially liked the hardware videos near the end of the course. The troubleshooting sections at the end of the course were also very beneficial from a real-world technician perspective.
