Help Desk Support specialist, is a great career field.  I recieve my Associated degree as a computer network systems Administrator.  I have been looking for entry level help desk specialist Jobs while attempting my certification and exams.  With this help Desk Support Specialist course I am greatful to gain more knowledge of what help Desk support specialist are, and what they do, and clearly understand my career path as a wide range network Administrative vs. Help Desk support specialist.
