Hello, my name is Andrew and I am fairly new to the IT world. I am from Jacksonville Florida, and I stumbled across this website from the youtube videos that you guys have posted. My goal is to land a level 1 help desk support job, to which I hope you can help. In regards to IT experience, I have fairly little. I dont have any certifications or any direct experience within the IT world. However, I do have what I think is the most important experience to have in regards to IT, which is customer service. I currently and have been working at bath and body works for the past two years, which has landed me heaps of customer service experience. During this time, I have been going to school for a bachelors in computer science. I recently obtained my Associate of the Arts degree in computer science, and I will hopefully be obtaining my bachelors in the near future. However, I believe I am at a crossroads. Do I continue school full time, or finally find a job in the field that I want to work in whilst also going to school? Anyways, thanks everyone for taking the time to read this.
