The IT Pro Skills Development Program is created for individuals who are new to IT or have recently started an IT career. 

The purpose of this coaching program is to build a strong foundation for IT support jobs and also lead students towards more advanced learning using JSS membership and other programs.

• Mentor Guidance: A mentor is available to give you course guidance, career advice, Linkedin help, and share resources for resume and interview help
• Group Members: You will collaborate with the new members who are taking this program, share knowledge, and make professionals connections 

What resources are Included:

• TestOut IT Pro – Three Months Access – Self-Paced (Included)
• JSS Premium Membership – One Year – Self-Paced (Included)

FIRST THREE MONTHS, students come into the program; we take them through the PC Pro course. After taking this course. PC Pro is a great foundational course because it provides a nice overview or snapshot of the other courses in JSS platform. Since it covers a little bit of everything, it’s a great starting point.

• CompTIA A+ 1101 (Core 1) Exam – Only Preparation we do not offer vouchers for CompTIA
• CompTIA A+ 1102 (Core 2) Exam 
• JSS Hands-on Courses with labs – Included
• IT Support Job Roles

—AFTER THREE MONTHS: After finishing TestOut content, the JSS Team will assign a JSS Premium membership for more hands-on and job-focused learning. This includes all the coaching services, such as resume help, course guidance in the JSS platform, and interview help.

What is NOT Included: 

• We don’t have live sessions in this program. We have trainers, mentors, and past interns providing offline support, and flexible meetings for three months. After three months, we offer career services and additional resources for skills development.
• We do not guarantee employment: This program is mainly to enhance technical skills and build confidence to tackle interviews or perform tasks with confidence.
