This agreement outlines the terms between a member and JobSkillShare. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge the following terms:
- Payment Non-Refundable: The payment for this project is non-refundable.
- This project is 100% self-paced and does not include live sessions or live support. If you haven’t watched our concept video, we highly recommend doing so before making a payment (Concept Video)
- Accessibility Responsibility: It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that labs are accessible via a web browser and that local network issues do not hinder access.
- Completion Timeframe: The project must be completed within 4 days from the date access is granted. Access will not be extended.
- Exclusive Access: Access is only for the member who has made the payment and cannot be shared.
- Usage Restrictions: JSS labs are not to be used for cyber security activities, such as network scanning, hacking, or any malicious attempts on the virtual machines (VMs) or the network.
- Exclusive Lab Usage: Members must use the labs assigned to them exclusively. If a member is assigned to Lab A, they are only allowed to use Lab A machines. Using different systems will result in immediate access termination with significant delays.
