The program is priced at a total of $1350, and we have established an approval process to ensure that applicants possess a strong understanding of fundamental IT concepts or have worked in IT support for at least 6 months before enrolling in this program. If you are new to IT, we highly recommend our IT Support program, which does not require prior approvals.

We don’t have live sessions in this program. We have trainers, mentors and past interns providing offline support for three months by using a collaboration tool.

Premium membership is included for a new member with no active JSS membership.
If you have 90 days or less remaining in practice lab access. You will be given tasks to use the practice lab with testout content. Suppose the recommended practice lab is still ongoing, and your membership expires. In that case, you will have to consider renewing your premium membership separately from this program – The difference cost will not include the renewal fees for the premium membership ($549 – 2023 Fees)
