I have over 4 years of Customer Service experience as a webmaster for a school district. I decided I wanted something different and refreshing in which I could use my other skills. I came across one of Dani’s videos, which brought me here, to the Help Desk Support Specialist course on I signed up for the course and here I am, writing an article for the first Project.

I just started this course, it is easy to follow and easy to comprehend. The videos are very helpful and the website is very user-friendly. I am looking forward to enhancing the skills I have now.
