Q: I am just starting fresh; which roadmap should I start?

A: Start “IT Support Career Entry-Level Roadmap (Expiring 12/31/2022), and later you can move to the new roadmap once it is fully ready. The new roadmap will update only the first course and lab. All other courses and labs will have the same progress.

Q: I am already working as an IT support professional, but I need to build confidence and skills.

A: We recommend “IT Support Career Entry-Level Roadmap (Expiring 12/31/2022)” and “Hybrid Windows Desktop Administration roadmap”

Q: I am looking to transition from the help desk or support roles to admin roles.

A: We recommend starting “IT Administrator Roadmap“. This roadmap should be used as a prerequisite map for any advanced IT role.
