Start doing something new

Well here is my story, by experience I am Management Information System (MIS) analytic which cover the reporting, data and business analysis. Recently I have been migrated in North American territory (Canada) and  start looking for a job in my own field of experience and I’m quite surprise after submitting hundreds of application only 2 were called for an interview and one was asking if know any trouble shooting like desktop support or Active directory. I was really puzzled at this point as a reporting analyst (MIS) do I really need such skill. After some frustrated moment I decided well may be things will be going like this way here, so better to update  myself with some kind of help desk  support/active directory skill and I start looking for some certification course. While searching on google I found a you tube link about an Active directory online course and from there I learn this jobskilshare.org and I found this  quite interesting as well as the method of teaching  is very effective and off course cost effective.

I am excited to  start the desktop support course and hope it will enrich my skill and profile to get a better job.
