How long does it take to complete a program?

This training is divided into 10 sessions, one session is approximately 2 hours.

Sessions can be  attended with flexible schedule live, On-site or recorded.

Members will have access to JSS hands-on lab servers and desktops for 60 days.

Who should not take this training?

If you are looking for certification training like A+,MCSA,CCNA etc. This training is not for you. We cover only real-world IT skills.

Skills that can be immediately utilized by using combination of Microsoft, Cisco or other free products.

However, we provide labs focused on certifications that can used with books or other online certification focused trainings.

To give you the best answer, consider you just landed an IT job, and someone from your company will be training IT skills for next 2-3 weeks. This is a very time-consuming task, and most of the companies will ask you to take certifications.

However, certifications like A+ or MCSA does not cover skills like software deployment using well known third party tools or even open source tools.

This is why so many people prefer this type of training or are looking for information to learn hands-on IT skills.

Do I have to buy additional materials?

All the materials you’ll need are included, and their cost will be covered by your tuition.

For online video’s you will need internet connection and a device to access it through internet.

Do you provide refunds?

We do not provide full refund

However, After first session if you think this training is not for you. We will provide total amount -$100.

Example: If you paid 2,500.00. You will receive refund of 2,400.00.

We charge $100 for the service and setup

You must contact support team in 2 hours after your first session. No refunds are available after the 2 hours time period.


What happens when I complete the program?

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be awarded a certificate of completion.

Am I guaranteed a job?

We will provide you with the skills you need to obtain an entry-level position in most cases. We don’t provide direct job placement services, but our facilitators and career counselors will help you build your resume and are available to give advice on finding your first job. Facilitators will also be available to use as a professional reference upon completion of the program.

Can I download sessions?

Yes, you can download sessions or watch online with private links.
