Trying to find my way

I’m at the crossroads of my career and have the opportunity to change jobs.

I have always wanted to be a Help Desk professional and I think by taking all of these courses, it will give me a clear understanding of what exactly is expected with that position.

Will I need to know more customer service or more technology? Which is the correct mix that is needed?

I can’t wait to look into this profession and see how well I fit.

It will be a great experience, even if I decide to go in another direction.
