Th employers nowadays do not care which certification and or degree is done by the candidate. Certifications are better than degrees and short courses are better than certifications and I will tell you why. If you consider international certifications with the short courses/ certifications offered by the jobskillshare then you will come to know about the major differences: 1. the international certifications are more academic and vast in nature whereas the short courses offered by the jobskillshare are to the point and tailored to the real life. 2. The international certifications are time-consuming whereas the short courses offered by the jobskillshare are short. 3. The international certifications are expensive whereas the short courses are inexpensive. I recommend those short courses to both the employment candidates and the IT Professionals. To the candidates because they have less time and they need to enhance their IT skills in parallel with aggressively applying for jobs. The IT Professionals have less time too as they work 9 to 5 and when they return they don’t have the time and energy to study for the certification exams. I am an IT professional and I personally like short courses and will keep learning throughout my life but with the right approach which is learning the skills which are used in the industry and those skills are offered by jobskillshare. One thing more, no one in my office ever asked me about any certifications or degrees but they have asked me about certain skills with which I was already equipped through jobskillshare. So, value your time and effort and take as many courses as you can from the jobskillshare.
