Old Dog Wants to Learn New Tricks

I am new to this community and am here because I want to make a career transition into IT.  I just finished an IT Help Desk certificate program at my local community college, but I don’t feel that I got the hands on experience I need to be able to get a job in the industry.  So, I started researching ways to get that experience on my own, and that’s how I found jobskillshare.org.  I’m hoping that this will help me gain the knowledge and confidence I need to get a good job and start moving my career forward
